The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has added 21-year-old Rondarrius Evans of New Boston to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives List. Texas Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to his arrest, and all tips are guaranteed to be anonymous.
Rondarrius Davon Idae Evans has been wanted out of Bowie County since August 2024 for two counts of capital murder. He is allegedly involved in a double homicide that occurred on July 6, 2024, in New Boston. Additionally, a warrant was issued for Evans out of Titus County on March 14, 2025, for failure to appear in court on a prior drug-related offense.
Evans is described as a Black male, 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 175 pounds. He has ties to the Northeast Texas area, including Bowie, Camp, Titus, Franklin, and Morris counties.
Anyone with information about Evans’ whereabouts is urged to contact Texas Crime Stoppers.
To be eligible for cash rewards, tipsters MUST provide information to authorities using one of the following three methods:
- Call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477).
- Submit a web tip through the DPS website by selecting the fugitive you have information about then clicking on the link under their picture.
- Submit a Facebook tip by clicking the “SUBMIT A TIP” link (under the “About” section).
All tips are anonymous — regardless of how they are submitted — and tipsters will be provided a tip number instead of using a name.
