Henderson County Narcotics Investigators executed a search warrant on a residence in the 2300 block of County Road 3718 outside of Athens on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, resulting in the arrest of three individuals and the seizure of a significant quantity of narcotics and firearms, including two that were reported stolen.
The search warrant, issued by 392nd Judicial District Judge Scott McKee, was carried out at approximately 2:50 PM by Narcotics Investigators Jonathan Barrios and Jonathan Daille, along with other investigators and deputies.
At the residence, Isaac Antwon Darty, Breann Danyelle Oneal, and Cesar Armondo Ornelas were taken into custody. The investigation revealed that Isaac Antwon Darty was in possession of a large amount of marijuana packaged for sale. Investigators also located various other narcotics, including cocaine, crack cocaine, fentanyl pills, morphine pills, bottles of promethazine labeled for prescription use only, and bottles of Xanax pills.
Five firearms were discovered at the residence, two of which were identified as stolen – one from Arlington and the other from Grand Prairie. An undisclosed amount of United States Currency was also seized during the search.
All three individuals were arrested and transported to the Henderson County Jail with the following charges:
- Isaac Antwon Darty: Four counts of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance; Possession of Marijuana; two counts of theft of firearm; and active warrants.
- Breann Danyelle Oneal: Active warrants.
- Cesar Armondo Ornelas: Possession of Marijuana.
