Jeremy Wayne Costlow has been found guilty by a Henderson County jury of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
The trial took place in the 392nd District Court, with First Assistant District Attorney Daniel Cox and Assistant District Attorney Jessica Bargmann representing the State.
Henderson County Sheriff's Office Investigator Sherry Powers testified that on March 22, 2024, she obtained a search warrant for Costlow's residence. During the execution of the warrant, investigators discovered a stolen vehicle, a 9mm handgun, a methamphetamine pipe, multiple syringes, and methamphetamine. Costlow was on parole at the time of the offense.
Costlow's sentencing will be determined by 392nd District Judge Scott McKee in May.
