The Paris Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a shoplifting incident at a local Walmart on February 20, 2025.
An unidentified white male pushed a cart of unpaid merchandise past the store's doors. When confronted by employees, the suspect abandoned the cart and fled the scene.
The abandoned cart contained:
- Two Greenworks blowers with batteries and chargers
- Kibbles n Bits dog food
- Other miscellaneous items
Authorities have reason to believe that the suspect has been involved in similar thefts at other Walmart locations.
The suspect was seen leaving the scene in a white Ford F-150 with unknown Oklahoma license plates.
The Paris Police Department has released a surveillance photo of the suspect and is requesting anyone with information to contact Detective Whitaker at 903-737-4135 or 430-228-2732, referencing case #202504383.
