Colton Wayne Lewis, 27, was arrested on Saturday, February 22, 2025, after assaulting a family member at their home.
Greenville Police officers responded to a domestic disturbance call and found the victim, who reported being choked by Lewis.
Lewis was arrested and charged with Assault of Family Member Impeding Breath/Circulation. His bond was set at $30,000.
Lewis remains incarcerated at the Hunt County Detention Center. An Emergency Protection Order was issued in favor of the victim on Monday, February 24, 2025.
