Franklin County Sheriff Needs Public's Help in Locating Missing Man

The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is seeking public assistance in locating 51-year-old Larry Murl Smith, last seen near his home on FM-115 near Lake Cypress Springs on Thursday, February 6. Smith was wearing a black shirt with horizontal stripes, black basketball shorts with a vertical white stripe on the right leg, a black baseball cap, and red and white tennis shoes.
