Marshall Allen Fox, 46, was arrested on February 14, 2025, by officers of the Northeast Texas Auto Theft Task Force after being observed riding in a vehicle without a seatbelt in the 10 block of 19th NW.
Fox was a suspect in an Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle (UUMV) case from February 13 in the 1800 block of Maple Avenue in Paris, TX. During a search incident to his arrest, officers found an item belonging to the victim of the stolen vehicle in Fox’s pocket.
A warrant was obtained for the UUMV charge, and Fox was taken into custody without incident.
