Convicted Felon Arrested After Fleeing Greenville Police in Stolen Vehicle

On Saturday, February 15, 2025, Greenville Police officers located a stolen vehicle within city limits and conducted a traffic stop. The driver fled from officers but was captured shortly after.

The suspect was identified as 37-year-old Jeremy Michael Stevenson of Lone Oak. He was arrested and charged with Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, Fleeing Police Officer, and Possession of Marijuana. His bond was set at $21,750.

Stevenson is a convicted felon who previously served seven years in prison on drug charges. He also has prior convictions for Theft of a Firearm and assaulting a police officer, for which he served additional prison time.
