The City of Greenville has hired Euriah W. Brown as its new Human Resources Director, bringing nearly a decade of experience in municipal HR management.
Brown began her career in 2015 as a Human Resources Wellness Intern with the City of Grand Prairie, where she managed wellness programs for over 1,300 employees and worked with major insurance providers. She later served as Assistant Human Resources Director for the City of Balch Springs, overseeing internal audits, payroll operations, and risk management programs while managing a $900,000 departmental budget.
Brown is set to earn a Master of Public Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington in May 2025. She officially joined the City of Greenville on February 3, 2025.
