27-year-old Steven Kade Vickery was arrested on Tuesday, January 28th, after an investigation by the Sulphur Springs Special Crimes Unit into the alleged sale of THC vape pens on Snapchat.
An undercover officer, who was friends with Vickery on the social media platform, gathered evidence during an undercover operation that led to the purchase of several vape pens weighing approximately 6 grams.
Vickery was charged with Manufacture or Delivery of more than 4 but less than 400 grams of a Controlled Substance in a Drug-Free Zone.
