On Friday, January 24, 2025, the Gregg County Organized Drug Enforcement (CODE) Unit, with support from the Special Investigations and Apprehension (SIA) Unit, executed a search warrant in the 3700 block of McCann Road in Longview.
During the search, officers seized approximately 1,000 counterfeit pills containing fentanyl, 2,500 Xanax pills, hydrocodone, cocaine, counterfeit Percocet pills containing fentanyl, and over $11,000 in cash.
Ladarrin Rayson Detrez, 36, of Longview, was arrested at the scene. He faces multiple charges, including Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance across several penalty groups, with varying weight ranges. His bond has been set at $350,000.
