On Friday, December 13, Hunt County deputies captured 26-year-old Tmarvieun Tgehring Paradyze Johnson of Dallas, who had been wanted for Failure to Appear in the 196th District Court in Greenville.
Johnson was initially arrested on August 3, 2020, and charged with Prostitution Solicitation of a Person under the age of 18, a second-degree felony. His bond was set at $50,000, but two months later, the amount was reduced, and A-Affordable Bail Bond posted the bond for his release.
However, on December 4, 2023, the bond was forfeited after Johnson failed to appear for his scheduled jury trial. A warrant for his arrest was issued the following day. In addition to the failure to appear charge, Johnson had an open warrant for Aggravated Promotion of Prostitution issued by the Dallas County Sheriff's Office.
Johnson was apprehended by authorities in Hunt County, bringing an end to his time as a fugitive.
