The Kilgore Police Department continues to investigate the 2020 homicide of Gregory Dewayne Williams and is offering a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
On April 26, 2020, at approximately 11:32 p.m., officers responded to reports of gunfire near the 700 block of West North Street in Kilgore, Texas. Upon arrival, police discovered Williams, 35, lying in the roadway with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. Investigators determined the unidentified suspect(s) fled the area before officers arrived.
