Delta County Sheriff Marshall Lynch confirmed that a 16-year-old was brought in by his parents to the Sheriff's Office 200 W Bonham Ave following a burglary at the Nu-way 24/7 convenience store located in the 1200 block of West Dallas in Cooper, Texas. The burglary occurred on Friday, November 29, 2024.
After public videos and pictures of the suspect were shared on social media, the juvenile was quickly identified. He has been transported to a juvenile facility and is facing charges of State Jail Felony Burglary of a Building, with additional charges under investigation.
