On November 19, 2024, at approximately 12:42 p.m., Longview Police responded to a report of deadly conduct in the 600 block of Gilmer Road. Officers arrived on the scene to find a male victim with minor injuries, caused by glass from a vehicle that had been shot.
The suspect fled the scene before officers arrived, but investigators later identified him and issued a warrant for his arrest on charges of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
On November 20, 2024, Longview PD's Special Investigations and Apprehension Unit located and arrested 18-year-old Isaiah McCuin, who was charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
