Early Tuesday morning, November 19, 2024, the Paris Police Department responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 1800 block of NE Loop 286. Upon arrival, officers discovered the vehicle was stolen and found two occupants inside: Michael Dewayne Johnson, 38, and Heather Yvonne Crippin, 48.
Johnson was arrested for unauthorized motor vehicle use and outstanding warrants from another agency. Crippin was found in possession of K2, synthetic marijuana, and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. Both individuals were transported to the police station without incident.
