In an ongoing effort to address over 100 internet crimes against children cases referred by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division executed a search warrant on the morning of November 15, 2024, in the 800 block of East Wells Street in Sherman.
Harvin Esquivel Quintanilla, a 25-year-old male, was arrested at the residence on charges of possession of child pornography. The investigation stemmed from a report by a social media platform regarding the distribution of exploitative images and videos involving minors.
The operation was conducted with the assistance of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), the Collin County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team, and the Sherman Fire Department. The search was carried out without incident.
“This represents a profound commitment by our investigators and partner agencies to pursue justice for victims and hold those who exploit children accountable,” said Sheriff Tom Watt of the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office.
