On October 27, 2024, 19-year-old Racen Laray Ward was arrested by the Sherman Police Department for two counts of Indecency with a Child-Exposes and one count of Indecent Exposure.
The Sherman Police Department received two separate reports that a male had exposed his genitals to female customers inside two separate businesses at the Sherman Town Center. Ward was located still on scene by officers. Sherman Police Officers obtained video corroborating the victim's statements so Ward was arrested.
