On Friday, October 25, 2024, Hunt County deputies arrested Christian Grant Morrow of Campbell, Texas, who was wanted on four warrants. One of the warrants was a Parole Violation issued the same day by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
Morrow was previously arrested on December 18, 2023, by Lone Oak Police officers and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG1 between 4 grams and 200 grams, as well as Evading Arrest Detention with a Previous Conviction. After bonding out, he was required to wear an ankle monitor due to a history of failing to appear in court on other charges.
A warrant was issued on June 14, 2024, for Tampering with an Electronic Monitoring Device after Morrow cut off his ankle monitor. He is currently being held in the Hunt County Jail on a $275,000 bond, primarily for the parole violation.
