On October 21, 2024, at approximately 11:00 a.m., Henderson County Narcotics Investigators Jonathan Barrios and Jonathan Daille, in collaboration with deputies from the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office and officers from the Athens Police Department, executed a narcotics search warrant on Coleman Alley within the city limits of Athens. The search warrant was issued by 173rd District Judge Dan Moore.
During the operation, investigators discovered Scotty Barker, Monica Camp, Kenneth Bowman, Glendon Armstrong, Justin Chancellor, and Elizabeth Colin at the residence. All six individuals were found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamines.
Kenneth Bowman was also identified as a wanted subject for an outstanding parole violation. Following the search, all six individuals were arrested and transported to the Henderson County Jail, where they were booked for possession of methamphetamines. They are currently awaiting arraignment.
