On Friday, October 18, 2024, at approximately 6:30 p.m., Pairs Police Officers responded to a traffic accident in the 3700 block of Pine Mill Road, specifically within a trailer park. Upon arrival, officers made contact with 30-year-old Alfredo Daniel Garcia, who identified himself as one of the drivers involved in the collision.
During the interaction, officers observed signs of intoxication in Garcia. He was subjected to several field sobriety tests, which he failed. As a result, officers placed him under arrest and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI).
Further investigation revealed that Garcia had two prior DWI convictions, leading to the additional charge of DWI three or more, a felony. He was subsequently transported and booked into custody without incident.
