KISD Superintendent Dr. Jo Ann Fey praised Osborne's qualifications, stating, “Dr. Osborne has a passion for student learning coupled with a wealth of school leadership experience and a background in various sized districts. She is poised to lead our Killeen ISD team of educators to accomplish our board-adopted priorities surrounding student success.”
