A Grand Prairie man, Rafel Navarro, 45, died following an industrial incident in Fannin County. According to Lt. Frank Deater with the Fannin County Sheriff’s Office, Navarro was operating a forklift to move materials onto a truck when the vehicle veered out of control.
The forklift flipped over, trapping Navarro underneath. He succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The incident is under investigation by local authorities.
