On Friday, October 4, 2024, Hunt County deputies executed an arrest warrant in Royse City, resulting in the apprehension of 30-year-old Victoria Lynn Ashford. The arrest occurred in the 10000 block of County Road 2452.
The warrant for Online Solicitation of a Minor/Sexual Conduct was issued by the Lamar County Sheriff's Office.
Ashford is a registered sex offender in Texas, having been convicted in March of 2017 for sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl. In that case, she was given a 10 year probation/community supervision sentence with the requirement to register annually as a sex offender.
In November 2018, Ashford was arrested in Collin County for failing to register as a sex offender.
On October 4th, 2019, Ashford was arrested by Lamar County Deputies after an investigation into her online activities. She was charged with Sexual Assault of a Child and 3 counts of Online Solicitation of a Minor/Sexual Conduct.
