On Wednesday, September 25th, officers from the Paris Police Department arrested 26-year-old Taylor Michelle Mills following a report of Criminal Trespass at Paris Regional Medical Center. Officials had previously warned Mills multiple times to refrain from entering the property.
Upon arriving at the scene, officers issued another warning to Mills but soon observed her returning to the premises. As a result, she was charged with Criminal Trespassing. During the arrest, officers discovered that Mills was in possession of a vape pen containing THC oil. Consequently, she was also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. Mills was booked into custody without incident.
