Paris Man Arrested on Multiple Charges After Violent Home Invasion

On Tuesday, September 24, Paris Police officers apprehended Ja Tyreous Damon Dabbs, 27, on an outstanding warrant for Burglary of Habitation and Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon. The warrant originated from an incident on September 20, during which authorities allege that Dabbs and several accomplices unlawfully entered a residence, assaulted the occupant, and discharged multiple shots at the residents and the home. Dabbs was arrested without incident in the 3100 block of NE Loop 286.
