On Monday, September 16th, Hopkins County Deputies arrested William Edward Blackwell Jr of Sulphur Springs after an investigation. He is charged with Online Solicitation of a Minor/Sexual Conduct. Bond has not been set yet.
On the same day, 32-year-old Robert Joseph Perez was arrested for Sexual Assault after deputies were called to the 1000 block of Alabama St in Sulphur Springs. Deputies located Perez at the home and booked him into the Hopkins County Jail on a $150,000 bond.
