On the evening of Monday, September 16, 2024, the Titus County Sheriff’s Office was alerted by the FBI regarding a potential threat made against an educational institution by an individual residing in Titus County, Texas.
Titus County investigators quickly located the suspect, identified as 19-year-old Adriana Orona. After questioning, Orona was arrested on charges of Terroristic Threat, a third-degree felony. She is currently being held at the Titus County Jail, awaiting arraignment.
Orona was a freshman at Northeast Texas Community College (NTCC) in 2023 and part of the soccer team. She graduated from Mount Pleasant High School.
