Major Traffic Collision in Greenville Injures Multiple People

On September 10, 2024, at approximately 4:19 p.m., the Greenville Police Department responded to emergency calls reporting a severe traffic collision at the intersection of Roy Warren Parkway and Traders Road. The calls indicated significant injuries.

Upon arrival, officers found a one-ton pickup truck and a small sports utility vehicle (SUV) involved in the collision. According to witnesses, the one-ton pickup was traveling southbound on Roy Warren Parkway, while the SUV was traveling westbound on Traders Road.

Witnesses reported that the one-ton truck had one occupant, and the SUV had four occupants. Three of the four people in the SUV, including a child, were ejected from the vehicle. All three ejected individuals were airlifted to receive medical care. The occupant of the one-ton pickup sustained minor injuries.

A collision investigator was dispatched to the scene to conduct a thorough investigation after the injured individuals received medical attention.
