On Sunday, September 8, Paris Police Officers responded to a theft report in the 1700 block of NE 34th St.
The victim, a physically disabled individual, reported that an associate who had previously assisted them with physical labor took numerous personal items and used their vehicle without permission. The victim stated that the suspect possesses copies of their identification, vehicle titles, and birth certificate. Additionally, the suspect has the victim’s car keys and residence keys.
The victim indicated that the suspect used the car for several out-of-town trips without authorization. Despite requests for the return of the property, the suspect has not complied. The investigation is ongoing.
