Bullard police have released the names and ages of the victims found shot dead on Sunday. The deceased have been identified as Tatyanna Smith, 25, and her two children, Madilynn Evans, 4, and Maison Evans, 2. An 8-month-old child, Lyric Minter, who is also Smith's child, remains hospitalized in Dallas.
Police responded to a call on Guinn Street on Sunday, discovering the bodies of Smith and her children, who had suffered gunshot wounds. The 8-month-old, injured but alive, was transported to a Dallas hospital.
Chief Jeff Bragg stated that the bodies were taken to the Southwest Institute of Forensic Science in Dallas for autopsy, which was completed Tuesday morning. The victims were reportedly staying at the location on Guinn Street.
The investigation is ongoing, and multiple individuals have been contacted in relation to the case.
