Friendswood Police Department arrested Thomas Jonathan Latin, 26, of Webster, on charges of sexual assault. Latin was taken into custody at his Webster residence on the morning of August 28, 2024.
Latin faces two counts of sexual assault related to incidents reported by victims in November 2023 and August 2024. At the time of the alleged assaults, Latin was employed as a massage worker at a chiropractic clinic in Friendswood. He has since been terminated from his position.
The investigation revealed that Latin was not a licensed massage therapist but was working under the authority of a chiropractor at the clinic. Authorities believe there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward.
