Starting Monday, September 9, 2024, the bridge on SH 121 over US 69 in Trenton will be closed in both directions for repair work. The closure will last approximately five weeks. The contractor plans to begin the bridge shutdown on September 4, 2024, weather permitting.
Message boards have been installed at multiple locations to inform drivers of the closure. Motorists are advised to exit before reaching the bridge and use the frontage road to cross US 69. Temporary traffic signals will be in place at the intersection to guide drivers through the detour.
