On Tuesday, July 9th, at approximately 7:00 AM, Wolfe City Fire Department (WCFD) Engine 1 and Squad 4, along with Ladonia Fire Department and Bonham Fire Department (BFD) Truck 1 and Medic 3, responded to a serious accident in the Gober area. The incident, which involved a concrete truck, resulted in entrapment of the driver. Rescue efforts by WCFD Engine 1 and BFD Truck 1 successfully extricated the patient, while Ladonia FD facilitated a medical helicopter landing zone. The injured individual was airlifted by Air Evac Lifeteam 67 - Greenville, TX to a Trauma Center in the metroplex.
