Texarkana, Arkansas native Dorian Neal, 18, drowned in Lake Wright Patman on Thursday evening. Texas Game Wardens reported that Neal and four friends had jumped off a courtesy dock into the lake. Neal resurfaced initially but then struggled and submerged. His friends immediately called 911. At around 7 p.m., Texas Game Wardens recovered Neal's body from 14 feet of water. Responding agencies included the Bowie County Sheriff’s Office, Texas Department of Public Safety, LE Volunteer Fire Department, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
