Paris Police Investigate Vehicle Burglary Resulting in $50,000 Coin Collection Theft

On Wednesday, June 26, 2024, Paris Police Department received a report of a Motor Vehicle Burglary in the 1300 block of Clarksville St. The victim had left keys inside an unlocked vehicle. An unidentified suspect accessed the vehicle and took a leather backpack containing 2 purses and a coin collection valued at $50,000. The investigation into the incident is currently underway.
