On Thursday, the Terrell Police Department's Narcotics Investigators executed a narcotics search warrant on the 1000 block of E. Brin in Terrell.
During the search, investigators found 11 grams of fentanyl, 3 ounces of marijuana, 3 bottles containing promethazine cough syrup, and 5 Adderall pills. The sole resident, 31-year-old Tavian Gilbert Henderson, was arrested.
Henderson faces charges of manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 (4-200 grams) and manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance in penalty group 2 or 2a (1-4 grams).
On June 21 at 3:13 PM, Henderson was booked into the Kaufman County Jail and is awaiting arraignment.
