On Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at approximately 6:20 p.m., a member of the Marshall Police Department's Special Response Team observed an incident of indecent exposure. The suspect, identified as 31-year-old Damian Jerel Barr of Harleton, Texas, was seen engaging in lewd conduct on W. Austin St. in view of the public, including at least one family with children.
Barr, a white male driving a white Chevrolet SUV, was swiftly arrested by Marshall Police and charged with one count of Indecent Exposure.
Continuing their investigation, the Marshall Police Department and members of the Harrison County Violent Crimes Task Force executed a search warrant on Friday, June 21, 2024, at a location on Lake Road in Harleton, Texas.
