On Friday, Paris Police officers responded to a complaint of indecent exposure in the 2600 block of N. Main. A male suspect, identified as Joby Bryant Jordan, 32, was reportedly exposing himself intentionally. Upon arrival, officers observed Jordan leaving the area on foot and ordered him to stop. He fled before he could be apprehended.
The complaining party reviewed surveillance footage and saw Jordan entering a nearby Subway restaurant. Officers went to the restaurant and found Jordan locked in the men's room. They extricated and arrested him for indecent exposure and evading arrest.
Further investigation revealed that Jordan had prior convictions for both charges, leading to enhanced charges.
