Paris Area Arts Alliance is set to host the First Annual Paris Kite Fest on Saturday, April 20, at the North Lamar ISD Grounds.
The event, open to "kids of all ages," will run from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm and promises a day of fun with a DJ, food trucks, games, kids' crafts, kite contests, and giveaways.
