The Greenville Independent School District (GISD) is delighted to announce that Travis Intermediate School will continue to serve as the campus for all 5th and 6th graders within the district. To ensure a seamless transition and provide essential information, GISD has organized several upcoming sessions for parents and students.
An Open House and Travis Intermediate Welcome Night is scheduled for April 30, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. This event targets current 4th-grade GISD students and their parents or guardians. Attendees will have the opportunity to gain insights into Travis Intermediate and understand what to anticipate for the upcoming school year.
Travis Intermediate Course Options Information Sessions will take place from May 1 to May 10. GISD counselors will engage with all current 4th graders on their respective campuses. These sessions will delve into the course options and experiences available at Travis Intermediate for the academic year 2024-2025, ensuring that both students and parents are well-informed about the academic opportunities provided.
