Abigail Ellsworth (Patient Care Assistant, 3rd floor) is the STAR of the Month for November. The ICU staff wrote this heartfelt nomination for Abby after her time as a patient sitter. "I love our sitters! They provide an essential service which helps keeps our patients safe. Abby noticed a patient behaving strangely and unable to speak. She notified the ICU staff who quickly responded and were able to assist the patient who is now doing very well. Great job, Abby!"
Angelita Barron (RN, 4th floor) is the ROSE of the Month for November. Angie works the night shift on 4W and deserves praise for the difference she is making in the lives of her patients. A patient wrote this wonderful nomination. "I had an angel enter my life for the better. I believe Angie demonstrated the very essence of Florence Nightingale. Angie has heart, soul, dedication and a love for her patients. Angie, thank you! You are a true difference maker, and I am lucky you entered my life!"
