On Thursday, April 24, 2025, a report of individuals inside a vacant MI Homes property on the 300 block of Forest Park Parkway led to a pursuit, an airport lockdown, and the arrest of one adult male and two juvenile females.
At approximately 9:30 a.m., officers responding to the call encountered four individuals fleeing the scene. One ran on foot, while the other three escaped in a stolen tan Toyota Camry. Officers pursued the vehicle westbound on U.S. 380 into McKinney, eventually reaching the area of Airport Drive and Industrial Boulevard, where the driver crashed into a gate on the perimeter of McKinney National Airport.
Following the crash, all three occupants fled on foot onto airport property, prompting an immediate lockdown of the airport. Officers continued their pursuit on foot and successfully apprehended all three individuals in different locations within the airport grounds. Once the suspects were in custody, normal airport operations resumed.
Princeton Police officers have taken one adult male and two juvenile females into custody. The investigation into this incident is ongoing, and no further details are being released at this time.
