Kemp Independent School District (ISD) has confirmed the arrest of a Kemp High School employee, identified as 42-year-old Ryan Ashley Hedges, following an allegation of sharing an inappropriate digital image with a student.
Kemp ISD Administration was made aware of the concern on Monday, April 21, 2025, and immediately initiated an investigation with the appropriate authorities. Hedges, who was listed as a Science teacher on the Kemp ISD website (his profile has since been removed), did not return to any school campus after the initial report.
