Dillon Louis Fellors, 32, was arrested by Paris Police on Tuesday in the 200 block of NW 24th on a warrant for theft under $2,500 with two or more prior convictions. The arrest followed an investigation that began on April 8, 2025, after Fellors was identified as the individual who stole an antique bicycle from the 1700 block of N. Main Street. The stolen bicycle was subsequently recovered from a residence in the 1300 block of W. Houston and returned to its owner. Investigators were able to establish and confirm Fellors' identity through video evidence obtained from various sources, leading to the issuance of the arrest warrant. Fellors was apprehended without incident.
