He faces charges of Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG1 (Penalty Group 1, which includes drugs like heroin, cocaine, and methamphetamine) between 2 and 200 grams. He is also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG1/1-B (specifically Methamphetamine or Fentanyl) between 4 and 200 grams.
His bond has been set at $250,000.
