Paris High School Celebrates National Signing Day with Six Athletic Scholarships

Paris High School celebrated National Signing Day on Wednesday, February 6, honoring six senior athletes who committed to continuing their athletic careers at the collegiate level.

The football team had five standout athletes announce their commitments:

  • Chris Houston: Rochester Community and Technical College
  • Marcave’us Washington: Community and Technical College
  • Jakel Davis: Community and Technical College
  • Matthew Roland: Southeastern College
  • Jeremiah Smith: Southern Nazarene University

Additionally, Anaiyah Peavler, a volleyball standout, committed to Dallas Christian College.

These student-athletes have demonstrated impressive skills and dedication both on the field and in the classroom, paving the way for their future success in collegiate sports. Paris ISD is proud of their achievements and excited to see what these talented individuals will accomplish at the next level.
