Rowlett Police have arrested Ulysses Dejuan Flowers, 18, in connection with a series of robberies and vehicle burglaries that began in late December 2024.
Police reported six incidents last weekend and, with efforts from Patrol Officers, the Crime Investigation Division (CID), and the Problem-Solving Unit (PSU), developed an action plan leading to Flowers’ identification. A search warrant for his residence and an arrest warrant were obtained.
On Tuesday morning, CID and SWAT executed the warrants, taking Flowers into custody. Two other individuals at the residence were also arrested on unrelated outstanding warrants, including one for burglary.
Recovered stolen items included handbags, IDs, credit cards, and jewelry. Investigators believe Flowers is linked to 42 vehicle burglaries within walking distance of his home. Evidence recovered by detectives and patrol officers connected him to multiple cases.
Rowlett Police credited community tips for helping further the investigation.
