A fugitive wanted in Colorado has been arrested in Greenville, Texas, after being located by local police on Thursday, December 19, 2024. The man, who had four open warrants, was taken into custody after a thorough investigation.
In addition to being sought in Colorado, the suspect faced two warrants for assault-related charges, including FTA/Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence and ROS 17.16/Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence, both stemming from an August 19, 2023, incident. During the arrest, officers discovered marijuana, resulting in an additional charge of Possession of Marijuana in a Drug-Free Zone.
The suspect also had a warrant issued by the Lamar County Sheriff's Office for Assault on a Peace Officer/Judge and Terroristic Threat with the intent to cause public fear or bodily injury from an incident in Titus County. His total bond has been set at $389,500, but he remains in custody pending extradition requests from Colorado authorities.
