Hopkins County Adopt a Cop and Lamar County Adopt a Cop have partnered to assist the family of Officer Cooper Dawson, who lost his life in the line of duty.
The fundraiser, organized to honor Officer Dawson’s memory and provide financial support to his family, encourages community members from both counties and beyond to contribute.
"Officer Dawson dedicated himself to protecting and serving, and now it’s our turn to give back," organizers stated, calling on the community to stand united during this difficult time.
Donations will help ease the burden on the Dawson family and serve as a reminder of the continued support from the law enforcement community and local residents.
